Do you have a phone number?
We're a small team focused on building the best app possible. Email helps us help you better (and create a paper trail, unlike that conversation about whose turn it is to call the plumber).
How fast do you respond?
Usually within 24 hours on weekdays. We're couples too, so weekends we're probably trying to coordinate brunch plans.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely! Email us at hello@coupletools.com. We've built many features based on user suggestions. Except the one about settling who's right in arguments. We're good, but not that good.
I found a bug!
First, we're sorry. Second, email support@coupletools.com with details. We'll fix it and probably name it after you. "The Johnson Bug" has a nice ring to it.
When we're around
We're a distributed team (breakfast tacos fuel our code), but someone's usually awake and caffeinated.
Response times:
- • Weekdays: Within 24 hours
- • Weekends: 48-72 hours (we're probably dealing with our own chaos)
- • Holidays: We'll be back soon, probably recovering from coordinating family visits
