The dinner fight that changed everything
It was a Tuesday. We were both exhausted. The "what's for dinner?" conversation turned into the "why didn't you tell me your parents were coming?" discussion, which somehow became "wait, was I supposed to pick up the dry cleaning?"

We're Sarah and Mike (yes, the beta testers from the homepage). We've been together for 8 years, married for 4, and disorganised for... well, all of them.
We tried everything:
- • Shared Google calendars (forgot to check them)
- • Sticky notes on the fridge (fell off)
- • A whiteboard (became modern art)
- • Five different apps (password chaos)
- • Couple's therapy (they suggested we "communicate better" - thanks, very helpful)
Then one night, after another spectacular planning failure (we both showed up to meet the other at different restaurants), Mike said: "There has to be a better way."
Sarah, a product designer, sketched out what would become Couple Tools on a napkin. Mike, a developer, built the first version that weekend. Our friends begged to use it. Then their friends. Then their friends' friends.
Turns out, we weren't the only couple drowning in chaos.
